- Submission timestamps
- Basic usage logs
3. How We Use Information
Level-Field uses the information you provide to:
- Deliver the services you have requested
- Verify your eligibility, including bar status where applicable
- Communicate with you about your engagement
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve the operation and security of the site
4. How We Share Information
Level-Field does not sell your information. Level-Field shares your information only with:
- Service providers, including AI model providers used in the verification pipeline, under confidentiality obligations equivalent to these Terms;
- Payment processors solely for the purpose of processing payment;
- Legal authorities where required by law, court order, or subpoena, with notice to you where legally permissible.
5. Subprocessors
Level-Field uses third-party service providers to operate the verification pipeline. AI model providers receive prompts derived from your submission under no-training and zero-retention terms. Level-Field will provide notice before materially changing this arrangement.
6. Retention
Level-Field retains:
- Submitted materials and deliverables for 90 days following delivery, after which they are deleted unless you request earlier deletion or extended retention;
- Communications and engagement records for the period required by applicable law and Level-Field's records obligations;
- Bar number and email for as long as your relationship with Level-Field is active and as required by law afterward.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to contact@level-field.com. Level-Field will respond within 30 days, subject to verification of your identity and any legal obligations that require retention.
8. Security
Level-Field uses industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and Level-Field cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Level-Field is not directed to children under 18. Level-Field does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. International Users
Level-Field operates from the Dubai International Financial Centre. By using the site, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in accordance with this Policy.
11. Changes
Level-Field may update this Privacy Policy by posting the updated version at level-field.com. The version in effect at the time you submit information governs that submission.
